Terms for the SocialDesk public product/support website and OAuth callback pages.

Purpose

SocialDesk is a self-hosted desktop application used to plan, schedule, review, and track social media posts. This Firebase-hosted site describes the app, provides support/legal information, and hosts OAuth callback pages required by supported platforms, including TikTok.

Use of this site

This site is not a hosted social media management service. It does not provide public accounts, subscriptions, user dashboards, or hosted posting services. The SocialDesk app itself runs locally on the user's desktop.

Third-party platforms

SocialDesk may connect to third-party platforms only when authorized through those platforms. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies, permissions, rate limits, and review requirements.

No warranties

This helper site is provided as-is for personal operational use. No guarantee is made that third-party authorization flows, APIs, posting features, or platform access will remain available or unchanged.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner of this site is not liable for platform outages, revoked access, rejected posts, expired authorization codes, API errors, or any loss resulting from use of this helper site or connected platforms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as SocialDesk's platform connection requirements change.
